		<description>ha! No shampoo or conditioner. I love it. I&#039;ve tried it but never gone quite the distance. I have however started using the products of a company who say shampoo and conditioner are generally no better than detergent.

It&#039;s a bar of soap they make and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 1 litre of warm water as a rinse. I&#039;ve been conditioner free for a week and no sign of knots or tangles. All is well! Report back on the project. I think men with short hair would probably have an easier time of transitioning than women with longer hair.</description>
